Fairy Garden Tips

Budgeting and spending. Make sure to plan and set out a budget when starting your garden. Its easy to get excited and spend too much when starting out! I could have spent thousands when I first began my fairy gardens so be wise when spending!
Think of a theme or particular style and color/s you would like when creating your fairy garden. Maybe you would like all plants, a little house and a pond to keep it simple. Maybe a ton of little caterpillars, butterflys and accessories will be placed around a little hut. There are so many items out there to choose from so if you have some basic plan to begin with, its easier to design and set up your garden.
If you are using live plants make sure to have plenty of space. They will need extra room as they grow so leave a little space around them to expand.
Use different items to create a visually enticing space. Different textures will help make your fairy garden seem more realistic. For example, adding a mix of moss, twigs, and rocks give your garden a wide variety of properties.
